Additional features of Sharp OSA 3.2 include:

• Single Sign-On

User authentication information used at the external authentication application can be hold in the MFP at the

time of login. In addition to login name, user name, and email address, a maximum of 10 parameters can

be set within Sharp OSA application.

• Pages per File Support

The past Sharp OSA doesn’t support this feature, so the scanned document including n pages becomes one

file and it is sent to destination. On Sharp OSA 3.2, users can specify number of pages that can include into

one file.

• Notice to application of MFP Configuration

More detailed information is possible with Sharp OSA 3.2.

• Auto Clear Control API

Sharp OSA 3.2 prevents the execution of the “Auto clear” feature accidentally.

• Home Screen Customisation

Sharp OSA application shortcut key (maximum of 4 applications) can be displayed on the Home screen.
