Device Name No additional settings.
File Name The name of the scanned file.
File Size The size (in KB) of the scanned file.
List Required: If you select this option, the user at the device must select a value from the list.
If you do not select this option, the user at the device can leave the field blank. If you
select the Required option and do not want to select the User Modify option, you should
set one of the list items as the default value.
Creates a new list entry.
Deletes the selected list entry.
Logged on User The user whose credentials were used to scan the document at the device.
Number of Pages The number of pages in the scanned document.
Numeric Field Size: The minimum and maximum number of digits allowed.
Leading zeroes: Pads all values with leading zeroes to make their length equal to the
maximum field size.
Remember: The number of previous entries to display when the user is prompted for the
naming information. If set to zero, no previous values appear in the drop-down list.
Separator Value: The field separator character.
Time Format: The time format.
