METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments shall be made based upon quarterly invoices (billed hi arrears) submitted by the

Consultant and approved by the Authorized Representative, as outlined in Paragraph 6 of this

Agreement. The Consultant shall receive compensation based upon the attached Request for

Proposal (RFP) #029-13, Multi-Functional Copiers and Copier Maintenance and the proposal

response from Pacific Office Automation.

Any additional equipment, accessories, services,

andlor fees must be approved in writing and are subject to appropriation of funds.

The detailed list of copiers and accessories are attached and incorporated herein.
