11-5 Deceleration stop

The currently started up axis is made to decelerate and then comes to a stop.

[1] Outline of function

This function is executed at the ON rising edge of deceleration stop.

When a deceleration stop is executed in program operation, operation stops by the data of the

deceleration time No. set to the step data. Otherwise, operation stops by the deceleration time No.

set in the operation data area.
