für Wellen sind die einzigen radial mon-

tierbaren Sicherungsringe, die nach dem

Seeger-Prinzip des gekrümmten Bal-

kens gleicher Festigkeit aufgebaut sind.

Aufgrund der hieraus folgenden hohen

Elastizität ist der Umschlingungswinkel

verhältnismäßig groß. Die Schulterhöhe

ist nicht so hoch wie bei der Ausführung

DIN 6799. Die Halbmondringe werden

für Wellendurchmesser bis 55 mm ge-

fertigt.

Anwendung:

– im Gelenkwellenbau für innere

Fixierung der Nadelbüchsen,

– in Laschenketten.

für Wellen und Bohrungen entsprechen

in ihrer Form den Seeger-K-Ringen. Sie

sind jedoch tellerfederartig geprägt und

so in der Lage, Axialspiel geringen Aus-

maßes federnd auszugleichen.

Anwendung:

– Ausgleich von Axialspiel bei Wellen

und Bohrungen,

– Andruck von Nilos-Ringen an

Wälzlagern,

– Festlegung der Endscheiben von

Lamellenkupplungen.

Seeger crescent rings H...

for shafts are the only radially installed

locking rings designed in accordance

with the Seeger principle of the curved

beam of equal strength. The envelop-

ment angle is relatively large due to the

consequently resulting high elasticity.

The shoulder height of these rings is not

as large as in the ST and DIN 6799 ver-

sions. These crescent rings are manu-

factured for shaft diameters up to 55 mm.

Applications:

– In universal-joint propeller shaft con-

structions for internally securing the

needle bushes,

– in flat link articulated chains.

for shafts and bores correspond in sha-

pe to the Seeger K rings. However, they

are stamped to function as tab springs

and are thus capable of compensating

for slight axial play by spring action.

Applications:

– Compensating for axial play of shafts

and bores,

– Pressing Nilos rings onto roller bea-

rings,

– Securing the end plates of multiple

disc clutches.

Pour arbres. Ce sont les seuls seg-

ments d’arrêt à montage radial conçus

selon le principe Seeger de la poutre

fléchie d’égale résistance. En raison de

l’élastictité élevée qui en résulte, l’angle

d’enserrement est relativement grand.

Leur hauteur d’épaulement n’est pas

aussi importante que celle des types ST

et DIN 6799. Les croissants sont fabri-

qués pour des diamètres d’arbre jusqu’

à 55 mm.

Applications:

– Fixation d’arbres articulés,

– Axes de chaines mécaniques,

– Fixation de douilles à aiguilles.

Segments d’arrêt Seeger type L

AL.../JL...

Pour arbres et alésages. La forme de

ces segments correspond à celle des

segments d’arrêt Seeger type K. Ils ont

toutefois des expansions du type ron-

delles Belleville qui leur permettent de

compenser élastiquement un jeu axial

de faible importance.

Applications:

– Compensation du jeu axial d’arbres

et d’alésages,

– Application d‘anneaux Nilos contre

des roulements à rouleaux,

– Fixation des disques terminaux

d‘embrayages à disques.
